A graduate of Medical Physics from the department of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science at Jagelonian University. Doctor of Technical Science working in the Material Engineering department of the Warsaw Polytechnic Institute. Her work has always been closely connected with bio-medical research. She received a PHD in synthetic polyurethane and the production of scaffolding composite materials used in bone tissue. Beyond this she has a great deal of experience in studying mechanisms of cells with the help of spectroscopy (worked in the Henryk Niewodniczanski Institute in Krakow).
She has been working in the cosmetics industry specializing in finding alternatives to animal testing for several years, as well as research methods for the compatibility of cosmetic substances with packaging (she received a silver medal at the 12th International Invention Exhibition ARCA in Zagrzeb). She has gained international experience during her term in the Tissue Regeneration Materials Unit at the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) in Tsukuba, Japan.
Additionally, she also received a post-graduate diploma at the Higher School of Management and Banking in Krakow in the field of Environmental Protection and Quality as well as an international certificate of internal auditor granted by Dekra Certification, ISO 9001.
In her free time she is a fitness instructor.
