He is currently working as a Professor in Federal University of Paraiba, Brazil. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. 

Research Interest

His research interest includes
• Study of the influence of different concentrations of formic acid during the pre-extraction of the lignocellulosic biomass
• Pretreatment of the lignocellulosic fibers using autohydrolysis process
• Enzymatic hydrolysis of the lignocellulosic biomass.
