She is awarded PhD in Food Technology from Federal University of Paraiba, Brazil. She has extended her valuable service in Federal University of Paraiba for many years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor at Graduate Program in Science and Food Technology, Department of Foods Engineering, Federal University of Paraiba. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
