Dr. Liya Wang has a broad background in radiology, magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and imaging, with specific training and expertise in key research areas for this application. She was originally trained in medicine with an emphasis on medical imaging. Her post-doctoral research included nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and imaging (MRI) studying biological problems, functional MRI of neuron degeneration diseases as well as a brain tumor.
