Dr Marcelien Dj.Ratoe Oedjoe1 is awarded PhD from  He holds a Master Degree (MSc) ,followed by a Bachelor’s Degree.  He has extended his valuable service in  and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as a faculty. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests reflect  in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.  He serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many publications.
