Marcquin Chibuzo Iheagwara is a researcher at Department of Food Science and Technology Federal University of Technology, Owerri PMB 1526 Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. She was awarded PhD in food science and technology.She has extended his valuable service for many years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals
