Biography
Prof. Maria de Fátima Guerreiro Godoy is an occupational therapist, post graduation professor at the Medicine School in São Jose do Rio Preto (FAMERP) and Operations Director of Clinica Godoy.She graduated in 1984 from the Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba, Brazil. Her master’s degree was attained in the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, Brazil with a study of creativity and the elderly. She began her work in the treatment of lymphedema in 1996 by taking courses in Brazil and in other countries. Dr. M. de F. Godoy completed her doctorate at the Medicine School in São Jose do Rio Preto on the theme of transforming daily life activities into myolymphokinetic activities for the treatment of breast cancer-related lymphedema
