Matthias Peuster

Biography

Dr. Matthias Peuster is the Head of Pediatric & Congenital Cardiology in The Jilin Heart Hospital, China. He did his post graduate degree in Health Economics from Riedlingen University, Germany. Dr Peuster is a board certified Pediatric cardiologist, pediatrician and Pediatric Intensivist. He has a very vast professional experience including the Section Chief, Director of Cardiac Catheterization & Intervention in the year 2010-2013 and being the chief and director of many institutional areas. Dr. Peuster is a professionally honored doctor with honors like TSFRE (Thoracic Surgery Foundation for Research and Education) - Education Award Recipient, Simone et Cino del Duca Foundation Research Award, Finalist, Young Investigators Award, European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery etc. He is an active board member and also an active reviewer of different of many Journals like Acta Biomaterialia, Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions, Journal of Clinical Metabolism and Diabetes, Cardiovascular Pharmacology, Journal of Materials in Medicine etc.
