Nina Mikirova, PhD is director of research at the Riordan Clinic and graduated from Moscow State University in Russia with a PhD in physics and mathematics. After 15 years as the senior researcher and chief engineer-designer at the Institute of Bio-Medical Problems in Russia, she joined the Riordan Clinic in 1997. She earned a master’s in statistics from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas.
