Mohana Subramanian B did his MVSc in animal biotechnology from TANUVAS, Chennai and PhD in Biotechnology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. He gathered an extensive research experiencewhile working at the R&D center of Indian Immunologicals Limited (IIL), Hyderabad. His tenure at IIL spanned over 10 years and he was leading a group which developed viral and protozoan vaccines and diagnostics. He has received advanced training in Ingenasa, Madrid, Spain for developing virus like particles (VLP) based vaccines.
