Dr. Muhammad Ifzal Mehmood is basically from Pakistan and visiting lecturer at the International Islamic University of Islamabad. He did L.L.B (Hons) and L.L.M (Human Rights Law) from International Islamic University Islamabad Pakistan. Now Muhammad is pursuing his PhD.D in Law from Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Law, International Islamic University Malaysia. Muhammad also published a book in Germany under the title Khul' (Redemption) in Pakistani Law.
