N. Nallusamy

Biography

 He received Ph.D. in Thermal Energy Storage for solar heating applications from Anna University, India in the year 2007 and his Post graduate degree, M. E. in Thermal Power Engineering with distinction, from Annamalai University, Chidhambaram, India in 1995. He holds B.E. degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India in Mechanical engineering in 1992. He is currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Sriperumbudur, India and has 19 years of teaching and 5 years of research experience. His research interests include phase change material (PCM); latent heat; heat transfer fluid (HTF); paraffin; stearic acid; thermal energy storage (TES). He is Life member in Solar Energy Society of India (SESI), Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), and Indian Society for Heat and Mass Transfer (ISHMT). His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals apart from being an author for many books.

Research Interest

 Thermal Energy Storage (solar energy storage) for heating and cooling applications & alternate fuels for I.C. engines.
