Oluwole OB is working in Department of Food Technology Federal Institute of Industrial Research Oshodi Lagos Nigeria.She has extended her valuable service in Food processing and preservation, adding value to agricultural produce particularly on cassava, cocoyam, yam, Bambara groundnut, Sweet potato , Dates, watermelon, maize, sorghum and soybeans for at least 25 years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, she is working as the Director and Head of Department of FOOD TECHNOLOGY of the for FEDERAL INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH OSHODI LAGOS NIGERIA. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in 33 peer reviewed Journal publications (local and international), three different chapters in two different books. She is the Editorial Board Member of Journal of Nutritional Disorders & Therapy and serves as a member Standard organization of Nigeria and supervising at least 12 research and development projects in her department.
