She was awarded PhD in Food Science & Technology, University of Queensland, Australia. She has extended his valuable service for many years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, she is working as a Head & Senior Lecturer at Department of Food Science & Technology, Wayamba University, Sri Lanka. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
