He is working in the Department of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology, International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan. Some of his research works are The life cycle and in silico elucidation of non-structural replicating proteins of HCV through a pharmacoinformatics approach, Sequence Analysis of a Jumbo Bacteriophage, Xoo-sp14, That Infects Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, Engineered Saccharomyces cerevisiae for the De Novo Synthesis of the Aroma Compound Longifolene.
