Leprosy for Ph.D. Got the degree in Biotechnology. Established Unique Biotech as a small scale industry with the aim of providing complete microbial solutions -
Probiotics for health care. Isolated, characterized unique strain - Bacillus coagulans ( unique IS-2) with proven anti diarrheal activity, effectiveness in Hypercholesterolemia, Bacterial Vaginosis,
immunity Enhancement etc. Developed many more bacillus strains with potential benefits in animal health care. Launched lyophilised lactobacillus species, Bifidobacterium species, streptococcus
species etc for human health for the first time in India with DCGI approval. Established Unit-2 in compliance with cGMP - large scale fermentation facility with dedicated blocks for bacillus strains, lactobacillus , bifidobacterium strains and saccharomyces boulardii, a formulation facility to offer probiotic formulations in sachets and capsules, and an R & D block recognized by DSIR. Offer customized blends of
probiotics with
prebiotics ( synbiotics), bulk probiotic sachets and capsules, technical and analytical support for application/ product development,
marketing support during launch phase. Stabilized manufacturing process for saccharomyces boulardii at room temperature for 2 years. Extended product line with Serratiopeptidase - powder and enteric coated granules - anti edemic, anti inflammatory enzyme. Working on few more products. Developed clinically proven, disease specific probiotic formulations for diarrhoea, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Bacterial Vaginosis, Hypercholesterolemia, etc. Received awards for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Export performance from Government of India, Third world countries etc. Enjoy working continuously with innovative ideas for Improved healthcare.
