Biography

He is awarded PhD in Statistical Genetics and Animal Breeding from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He holds a Master Degree in Animal Science from University of Guelph, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from University of Guelph. He has extended her valuable service in Statistical Genetics and Animal Breeding from several years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as an Professor for Statistical Genetics and Animal Breeding, University of Wisconsin-Madison. My research program is focused on the development and applications of statistical models to common and emerging problems in quantitative genetics and genomics research. Topic areas include prediction of genetic merit under heterogeneous environments, evaluation of experimental designs for animal sciences and genomics research, analysis of gene expression data, and mixed effects modeling of heterogeneous variances and covariances.
