Salvatore Carbone, MS - He received his degree in Dietetics and a Master of Science in Molecular and Nutritional Biology. Worked as a Clinical Dietitian in Italy in Diabetes and joined the VCU Pauley Heart Center in 2013. Faculty from Jan 2015, his work focuses on the role of body composition and different diets, in terms of calories, macro- and micro-nutrients, in the development and progression of cardiac and metabolic disease.
