Biography

Dr. Sarath Chandra Janga is currently working at Department of Biohealth Informatics, School of Informatics and Computing, Indiana University Purdue University, Walker Plaza Building, Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. His research interest includes RNA Binding Protein (RBP) Expression and Disease Dynamics database (READ DB) is a non-redundant, curated database of human RBPs. RBPs curated from different experimental studies are reported with their annotation, tissue-wide RNA and protein expression levels, evolutionary conservation, disease associations, protein–protein interactions. He is serving as an honorary reviewer for Current Synthetic and Systems Biology. He /she has authored of several research articles/books related to RNA Binding Protein (RBP) Expression and Disease Dynamics database (READ DB) is a non-redundant, curated database of human RBPs.
