She was awarded PhD in Molecular Neurobiology, Nutritional Genomics. She has extended her valuable service for many years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, she is working as a Professor in Department of Bioscience and Biotechnology, Kyushu University. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. She is also the Member of Japanese Society of Nutrition and Food Science and Japan Society for Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Agrochemistry.
