Biography
He is a Professor at the University of Lorraine - National School of Agronomy and Food Industries (ENSAIA). He is also the Director of the Doctoral School Resources, Processes, Products and Environment (RP2E) of the University of Lorraine as well as Nutralor project coordinator in the CPER Lorraine.He has a Engineering degree in Food Industries (ENSAIA) obtained in 1989 and awarded with Ph.D in Biotechnology and Food Industries 1991.He specializes in the field ofstabilization of active molecules and food preservation. He has been the Vice President of the INPL in charge of the International Action of 1/1/07 to 4/30/12.He was also President of the Science skills pole and Life FABELOR Technology (Ministry of agriculture, food and fisheries) from January 2010 to December 2014. His area of expertise, credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
