Biography
Tridib Kumar Goswami is a professor in department of Agricultural & Food Engineering, IIT Kharagpur, india. He hold a Ph.D degree and serving since 1989.His areas of research focuses in the field of Cold Storage, CA and MA storage of fruits and vegetables, Cryogenic grinding of spices, Discrete Element Analysis of grinding, CFD analysis of temperature distribution in precooler. His area of expertise, as a Professor credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
