 He is a researcher at Laboratory of Food Chemistry and Nutritional Sciences, Institute of Agro-product products Processing Science and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Beijing, China. His experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
