Biography

Thai Sopheak from Head of Infectious Disease Department and Community, Sihanouk Hospital Center of HOPE, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, having Research interest in Cryptococcal infection; Screening; Algorithm; Cryptococcal meningitis, HIV, Infectious Diseases Dr. Thai joined SHCH in November 1996. In 2003 she was promoted to her current position and is responsible for the Community and TB Program. Prior to her employment at SHCH, she worked in the emergency department of the Ministry of Health, and at the Kossamak Hospital in Phnom Penh. She has a medical degree in Internal Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
