Biography

Wen Chen currently professor at Department of Nutrition, Chung Shan Medical University. previously an associate professor at Department of Nutrition, Chung Shan Medical University.

She completed her Bachelor degree in the department of Nutrition, Chung Shan Medical University, later completed her Masters in the department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Iowa State University. and she has completed her Ph.D in the department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, Iowa State University.
