Yuri Ya. Latypov

Biography

He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Geology from Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Novosibirsk University in 1976. Currently, he is working as a Senior Research Fellow in A.V. Zhirmunsky Institute of Marine Biology. He is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. He is the Editor-in-Chief/Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his authorship of many books. He have authored more 150 research articles/ and 15 books. He/ is An active member The New York Academy of Sciences, 1995; An active member Russian Academy of Ecology, 1996
