Ali Arslantas has born on 1966, in Kayseri, Turkey. In 1989 he has graduated from Ä°zmir Egean University, Medical School. He completed his residency training in neurosurgery in Eskisehir Osmangazi University between 1990–1995. He served at UCSF (University of California at San Francisco) Spine center a clinical observer in 2000. He was promoted to associate professor in 2003 and professor in 2009. His clinical interests include spinal cord injury, spinal trauma, spinal degenerative disorders, brain tumors and spinal tumors. He has special interest in spinal Surgery especially cervical spine
