Batinge BK, Department of Banking and Finance, Using a survey design, both quantitative and qualitative sampling procedure was employed. A Sample of 500 was drawn among the population of rural Northern Migrants in the villages of Techiman Municipality and Odumasi District in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana.
