‎Klinisch Epidemioloog / Physician Assistant - ‎Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gasthuis

I work since 1997 with pleasure in the OLVG. Until 2009 I worked as a nurse and physician assistant for the unit Surgery (general surgery). Then I switched to the unit Anesthesiology where I have specialized in pain management after surgery and (medical) research. Scientific research makes an important contribution to making the treatment of patients safer, more effective and more efficient. As a clinical epidemiologist I see to it that research is conducted according to principles of Good Clinical Practice and that it complies with the Dutch regulations.
