Carlos Augusto de Oliveira Botelho is graduated in Biology from the University of Cuiabá. He is having specialization in Cell Biology and Morphology at the Federal University of São Paulo. Completed Master in Health Sciences at the University of Brasilia and doctorate in Health and Development of the Midwest, by UFMS University of Mato Grosso do Sul. He has experience in the field of Public Health, with an emphasis on Prevention, working mainly on the following topics: Prenatal care, Chagas disease, Neonatal screening, Mass spectrometry, Syphilis, HIV and Vertical transmission.
