Biography
Carrie Geisbauer graduated from USC in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. Immediately following graduation, she went to Madrid, Spain as the teaching assistant for the Engineering Overseas Program. After 6 weeks of traveling, it was time to study again. she jumped right into graduate school in Biomedical Engineering at UCLA. In 2004, she earned a Master’s degree. In 2010, she graduated from UCLA with my Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering after completing hert dissertation; “Transplantation and Characterization of Enteric Cells in the Rodent for Myenteric Plexus Regeneration.”
