Graduated in Medicine (1999) from the Institute of Medical Sciences of Villa Clara, Cuba. He did medical residencies in Family and Community Medicine (2002) and Cardiology (2013). Masters in Urgency and Emergencies in Primary Health Care (2007) and in Medical Education (2010) at the Villa Clara Institute of Medical Sciences. Doctorate in Pathophysiology in Internal Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu - Unesp (2017). He is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Postgraduate Program in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu - UNESP. Develops research in the field of Cardiology.
