Dongchul Kim received his B.S. degree from the Department of Computer Science at Kyungsung University, Korea, B.B.A. degree from the Department of Trade and Commerce at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, 2001, and M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from University of Texas at Arlington, in 2007 and 2014.
