Biography

Elizabeth P Howard PhD, RN, ANP, ACNP-BC, FAAN is an Associate Professor at the Connell School of Nursing and an Associate Fellow in interRAI, a collaborative network of researchers, representing 35 countries, who share a commitment to improve the quality of life for vulnerable populations. Dr. Howard’s research and scholarly activities focus on underserved older adults in the US and abroad within two intersecting domains.
