Biography
He is currently working as a professor in the  department of Internal Medicine and Director of the Department I of Internal Medicine, University of Würzburg, Germany, Chairman of Cardiology at the Faculty of Clinical Medicine Mannheim of the University of Heidelberg. He is also the Vice Director of the Department of Internal Medicine, University Hospital Würzburg, Germany.  He has more than 300 publications in different journals.
