Biography

 Gürcü Aybige Çakmak is a researcher at the Department of Food Engineering, Ankara University Engineering Faculty, Ankara, Turkey and is extending valuable services as a Researcher in the Department and has been a recipient of many award and grants, with research experiences including various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study indicting research interests in wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
