Biography
Dr. Heedoo Lee is a professor in the Department of Biology and Chemistry at Changwon National University in Korea. His main research topic is the biological/physiological function of extracellular vesicles (EVs) and non-coding RNAs in pulmonary diseases, including acute lung injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome. In 2013, he obtained his PhD from Yonsei University, Korea with a support of BK21 PLUS (Brain Korea 21 Program for Leading Universities & Students), which was supported by the Korean government. During 2019 he had postdoctoral training at Washington University in St. Louis, Brigham, Women's Hospital and Boston University School of Medicine.
