Biography
In the year 1997 he did his Ph.D. in Chemical Physics University of Texas at Austin. He worked as an Assistant Principal Investigator, Division of Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Research, National Health Research Institutes, Taiwan. From year 2009-present Max K. Leong is an Associate Professor at National Dong Hwa University.
