Biography

Dr. Md. Ismail Hosen current project focuses on exploring the possibilities of using advanced molecular approaches (Next Generation Sequencing and ddPCR based method as examples) to develop and validate urinary biomarkers for bladder cancer. Md. Ismail Hosen broad interest lies in the genetic susceptibility to cancer and also understanding how environmental factors modify the risk of cancer by leaving their fingerprints on the genome at the OMICs level. Md. Ismail Hosen open to collaboration idea and also thriving to set up cancer research facilities in LMICs.
