Dr.Nelson Wawire Is a researcher, teacher, consultancy, and development officer (Ministry of Planning and National Development) career, Prof. Wawire has become highly conversant with a wide range of issues on gender and development, the working of fiscal policy, monetary policy, poverty; income inequalities; economic development; human capital. Dr.Nelson Wawire has carried out research and published articles and books on a wide range of topics and themes including research on women's projects in Kenya. Dr.Nelson Wawire has supervised over 8 Ph.D. in Economics theses and many masters theses.
