Biography

Dr Noor Kalsheker is an Emeritus Professor at the School of Life Sciences, University of Nottingham. Noor does research in the field of alpha1-antitrypsin deficiency and the genetics of chronic obstructive airways disease.. Their most recent publication is editorship of a book ''Alpha-1-Antitrypsin Gene Deficiency. Biology, Diagnosis, Clinical Significance and Emerging Therapies. Academic Press 2017. He has contributed to 3 chapters in this textbook in addition to being Chief Editor with Professor RA Stockley.
