Paul M Smith

Biography

Paul Smith currently works at the Cardiff School of Sport, Cardiff Metropolitan University. Paul is an exercise physiologist with an interest in upper body exercise: with applications to disability sport and competitive pursuits that predominantly employ the arms. His current project involves the assessments and influence upon the holistic wellness of military veterans, a collaborative project with the prominent, military charity Help for Heroes.
