Biography
Dr. Rosalba Courtney is a registered Osteopath, Integrative Health Practitioner, Breathing Therapist, Researcher, Writer & Lecturer with a PhD* on the topic of Dysfunctional Breathing and Breathing Therapy of over 35 years experience. As a researcher & clinician she is motivated by a desire to bring a scientific evidence-based perspective to non-pharmacological healing methods, in particular those that aim to address fundamental healing processes in both mind and body. An important focus of her research work in the last decade has been about trying to understand the role that breathing dysfunction plays in disrupting health.
