The importance of the work effectiveness of each employee is expected to have a positive impact on improving the quality of human resources in an organization. In the field of education, one effort in increasing the effectiveness of employee work can be done by developing an information technology system in the educational institution. The purpose of this research is to test the difference of working effectiveness of the administrative staff of study programs in Polytechnic Banjarmasin before and after the implementation of SIMPADU. The effectiveness of the work examined in several indicators items, namely: production, efficiency, quality, flexibility, and job satisfaction. This research used a quantitative approach.
