Biography

 She is awarded PhD in Food Science and Technology, from Bielefeld University, Germany in 2002. She holds a Master Degree (MSc) in ( Food Science and Technology ), Faculty of Agriculture, from Assiut, Egypt in 1995, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture Assiut, Egypt, in 1989. She has extended his valuable service in Assiut University, for 12 years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, she is working as an Associate Professor for Assiut University; her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries.
