Biography

Dr. Stasinopoulos is the chairperson of the Department of Health. He is an Associate Professor of Physiotherapy, coordinator of the programme MSc in Sports Physiotherapy and Ph.D in physiotherapy. His primarily teaching areas include electrotherapy, sports physiotherapy, and physiotherapy in musculoskeletal injuries of upper and lower extremities. He completed his PhD from Leeds Metropolitan University UK. His current research and clinical interests focus on tendinopathy management, electrotherapy, rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries of upper and lower extremities, epidemiology of sports and musculoskeletal injuries, musculoskeletal injuries assessment, prevention, and rehabilitation.
