Biography

Dr. Subramaniyan Vijayalakshmi is working has a guest faculty at the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology, Pune. Subramaniyan has pursued her Ph.D. (Food Science) from Defence Food Research Laboratory (DFRL), Defence Research and Development Organisation. Viji has also worked in IIFPT, Thanjavur has a Senior Research Fellow. Subramaniyan does research in Food Science, Food Processing, Retort processing, Pulsed Electric Field Processing, Ultrasonication, Microbiology, Aflatoxin reductionNano- and Microencapsulation.
