Winnie SS Chee is awarded PhD in Food Science & Nutrition from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in the year 2002. She did her Master’s Degree (MSc) in Nutrition from Universiti Kebangsaan in the year 1994 and Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in (Dietetics) First Class Honours from the same university in the year 1991. She has extended his valuable service as a Professor and currentl she is an Associate Dean, School of Health Sciences / Professor Nutrition & Dietetics at International Medical University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests as a Professor reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
