Plant Biochemistry is the study of different chemical reactions in the plant such as photosynthesis, respiration, interaction between biomolecules and other plant specific biochemical processes. Research on Plant biochemistry focuses on the analysis of all the internal activities of plants and fundamental understanding of protein functions in plant so as to manipulate gene function in turn to get desirable compounds. Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
