Cellular Immune Response in Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory dermatose that shows exacerbations and remission attacks. However, the etiopathogenesis of the disease has not yet been exactly explained. It is concluded that environmental factors including β hemolytic streptococcus infections and multiple genetic components may be responsible for the pathogenesis of the disease.
